Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website urchoicecorporate.com and any orders placed with URChoice Corporate Gifting Private Limited ("URChoice", "we", "us", or "our"), registered at Plot No 8 & 9, Aishwarya Nagar, Nolambur, Mogappair West, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600095, India.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Orders & Quotations

All orders are subject to a formal quotation and written confirmation from our team. Verbal or informal agreements do not constitute a binding order. Once a purchase order (PO) or written confirmation is received and acknowledged by URChoice, the order is considered confirmed.

• Minimum order quantities (MOQs) apply to customised products and vary by category.
• We reserve the right to decline any order at our sole discretion.
• Quotations are valid for 7 calendar days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

2. Customisation & Design Approval

All customised products require client approval of artwork/design proofs before production commences. By approving a proof, you accept full responsibility for the content, spelling, design accuracy, and quality of the approved artwork.

• Changes requested after proof approval may attract additional charges and extended lead times.
• URChoice is not liable for errors in artwork that have been approved by the client.
• Colour variations between screen proofs and printed/manufactured products are normal and do not constitute a defect.

3. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms for new clients are 50% advance at order confirmation and 50% prior to dispatch. Established clients may be offered credit terms subject to written agreement.

• Payments are accepted via bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), cheque, or online payment link.
• GST will be charged at applicable rates on all invoices.
• Late payments beyond agreed terms attract an interest charge of 18% per annum.

4. Production Lead Times

Standard lead times vary by product category and quantity. Indicative timelines from artwork approval:

• Promotional gifts (non-customised): 3–5 business days
• Custom printed merchandise: 7–10 business days
• Awards, trophies & acrylic products: 5–8 business days
• Custom uniforms & apparel: 10–15 business days
• Premium welcome kits (fully custom): 10–20 business days

Rush orders may be accommodated subject to production capacity and will attract a priority surcharge. URChoice is not liable for delays caused by client-side delays in approvals, artwork supply, or payment.

5. Delivery

Delivery timelines quoted are estimates and are subject to courier/logistics partner schedules. We deliver across South India and can arrange Pan-India delivery on request.

• Risk of loss or damage passes to the client upon handover to the logistics partner.
• Delivery charges are as quoted and may vary based on weight, volume, and destination.
• Claims for transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

6. Quality Assurance & Returns

We stand behind the quality of our products. In the event of a genuine manufacturing defect:

• Defective items will be replaced or credited at our option, provided claims are raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects; customised products cannot be returned due to change of mind.
• A maximum of 2% variation in quantity delivered vs. ordered is acceptable in the industry and will not constitute a shortfall for refund purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

By supplying artwork, logos, or brand assets, you confirm that you own or have the right to use such intellectual property and indemnify URChoice against any third-party IP claims arising from your supplied content.

All design work created by URChoice remains the property of URChoice until full payment is received, at which point design rights transfer to the client for the specific commissioned work.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, URChoice's total liability to you for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the invoice value of that specific order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
