Do you provide multi-city distributions or split shipments?

To ensure crisp engravings and high-fidelity prints, we require vector formats like .EPS, .AI, or high-definition PDFs. If vector assets are unavailable, we can assist in recreating logos for a minimal design fee.
What are your standard payment terms for B2B orders?
Our standard terms involve a 50% advance payment to initiate material sourcing and customization, with the remaining 50% due upon delivery or invoice submission. For established corporate buyers, we offer credit periods of 15 to 30 days subject to credit checks.
