GSM (Grams per Square Meter) defines fabric weight. For t-shirts, a 180-220 GSM combed cotton or cotton-poly blend provides a heavy, durable feel. For industrial coveralls, a heavier 240-280 GSM cotton drill fabric is required to ensure scratch protection and general durability.

2. Selecting Thread & Stitch Types

High-stress zones like armholes, side seams, and pocket anchors must feature double-needle lockstitching or safety overlocks. Using high-tensile polyester threads ensures that seams will not burst under heavy stretching.

3. Logo Customization Methods

Embroidery is highly recommended for structured polo collars and uniforms, providing a professional look that outlasts hundreds of washes. For large back panels on workwear coveralls, screen printing or vinyl transfers are preferred.
